Package information, service descriptions and prices shown on the website are intended to help clients understand our offerings. Final availability, scope, deliverables, pricing, taxes if applicable, dates and special requirements are confirmed through a written quotation, invoice, agreement or other written communication.
3. Booking Terms & Conditions
- Travel, Food & Accommodation are to be provided by the client and are not included in the package unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
- 30% advance amount is required for booking.
- Advance amount is non-refundable, subject to applicable law and any written exception agreed by Kalpa Fusion.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate event/project information, access permissions, locations, schedules, required approvals and reasonable cooperation needed to deliver the agreed service.
Delays, restrictions, weather, venue rules, third-party interference or changes outside our reasonable control may affect execution or delivery.
5. Intellectual Property & Content
Website design, text, branding, logos, graphics and original materials published by Kalpa Fusion are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Client content and project deliverables are handled according to the applicable quotation, agreement and usage permissions.
6. Third Parties, Availability & Liability
Some services may involve third-party platforms, vendors, partners or tools. Their availability and terms may affect parts of a project. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kalpa Fusion is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from matters outside its reasonable control.
7. Governing Framework
These terms are intended to operate under applicable laws of India. Any service-specific written agreement or quotation may include additional terms.
