How do I book a package?

Choose a package and contact Kalpa Fusion through the Contact page, phone, WhatsApp or email. Availability and final scope are confirmed directly with our team.

How much advance is required?

30% advance is required for booking.

Is the advance refundable?

The advance amount is non-refundable, subject to applicable law and any written exception agreed by Kalpa Fusion.

Are travel, food and accommodation included?

No. Travel, food and accommodation are to be provided by the client and are not included in the package unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.

Packages & Customisation

Can a package be customised?

Some requirements can be adjusted depending on event type, date, team availability and deliverables. Any change should be confirmed in the final quotation or written communication.

Do package inclusions vary?

Yes. Always refer to the current package page and the final quotation shared with you before booking.

Do you provide raw photographs?

Raw photographs are provided where they are specifically listed as part of the selected package.

Delivery & Post-Production

When will my photos or videos be delivered?

Delivery time depends on the event, selected package, volume of content and post-production work. The expected schedule should be confirmed during booking.

Can I request revisions?

Revision scope depends on the selected service and the agreed deliverables. Extra or out-of-scope changes may require additional charges.
