Terms of Usage
NOTICE TO USER: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE DEV-SPHER ECOSYSTEM, YOU ACCEPT ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
1. Access License
Byteglide Creation grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the DEV-SPHER tools strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the underlying logic of the tools beyond what is permitted by open-source licenses where applicable.
- Use the ecosystem for any illicit, illegal, or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to cyber-warfare, unauthorized penetration testing, or generation of malicious payloads.
- Automate access to the system (web scraping) in a manner that degrades service for other operatives.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS-IS")
THE SERVICE AND ALL TOOLS CONTAINED THEREIN ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Byteglide Creation expressly disclaims all warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or correctness of the outputs generated by DEV-SPHER tools. For example:
- Mock Data Generators: We do not guarantee that generated UUIDs are cryptographically unique in all universes.
- Code Formatters: We do not guarantee that formatted code acts identically to unformatted code (e.g., in whitespace-sensitive languages).
- Encryption Tools: These are for educational and development utility only. They should NOT be used for securing nation-state secrets or critical financial infrastructure.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Byteglide Creation, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this service.
You assume full responsibility for any code, data, or assets processed through this ecosystem. You acknowledge that you use these tools at your own risk.
4. User-Generated Content & Conduct
Regarding the "Community Uplink" (Sticky Note Board):
- You retain ownership of suggestions you transmit.
- You grant Byteglide Creation a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such suggestions for the purpose of improving the ecosystem.
- You agree not to transmit content that is: unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Byteglide Creation reserves the right to purge any transmission from the "Sticky Wall" at absolute discretion without notice.
5. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Byteglide Creation and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to the Service, or your violation of any term of this Agreement.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Byteglide Creation is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
